District Conference Planning Meeting

Please RSVP for the meeting on AUGUST 8 no later than Wednesday 8/5.  We need a head count for our set up.,

For this first planning meeting, Cheryl will be covering the cost of breakfast. The future meetings, the cost of breakfast will be $10.95+tax+gratuity. Breakfast will start at 8:00 AM with the meeting starting at 8:30 AM.

The following dates will be for future meetings of the Conference Planning Committee, they will also be listed separately. For the convenience of your calendar all are included in this message.

For each meeting, you must RSVP 4 days in advance, as to whether you will attend AND if you will be having breakfast.

September 26, 2015

October 17, 2015 will be held after ONE Rotary Summit to evaluate facility for the conference.
