We will Join Leaders, Exchange Ideas, Celebrate our Clubs, Members and Students!!
There will be a lot of fun, laughter and yes, probably a few tears as
we honor Rotarians who have given of their time and utilized their talents and efforts
to make a difference in the lives of others to Serve Humanity.
Friday:
10:30 am Annual Meeting, Lunch Presentations, Breakouts.
5:30 pm Cocktail Party / Dinner.
Saturday:
7:45 am Breakfast, District Training Assembly, Lunch and 4 Way Test Speech Winners & More!
2:30 pm Join us for an afternoon carnival.
2:30 PM Youth Services Project: Interact, Rotaract and Youth Exchange Shoes for the Sole Project.
5:00 pm Cocktail Party / Dinner.
Sunday:
8:00-10:00 am Breakfast with other Rotarians.
9:15 am Non-denominational Memorial Service will take place in separate room.

Early Registration prices are effective until March 31st.
After March 31 prices increase.
We have provided several packages for you to choose from when registering.
Take a few minutes and read through the options carefully.
There is a Full Package that includes all meals during the course of the conference or you can select on meals/events you wish to attend.
If you are bringing a spouse/partner/guest and they wish to attend lunch/dinner only that option is available. Please note that your hotel room reservations are made separately from the event registration (see below).

We have provided clear descriptions for anyone with allergies or requires gluten free.
The dinner on Friday is a buffet and will provide a variety that we hope will meet everyone's dietary needs.

District 6630 Interact, Rotaract, and Youth Exchanges students have selected their service project for this year:
They are collecting shoes for children and adults that will be sent to Africa for a non-profit group called YES! Incorporated.
Collection boxes are available from Bob Oborn at boborn@kentelastomer.com.
Once the box or boxes are filled, they can either be picked up or brought to the District Conference in Cuyahoga Falls April 21-23, 2017. READ MORE |
